Fancy an inside peak into the kitchens of the greatest chefs in the region? This year’s Prague Food Festival has something new for you. During our live COOKING SHOWS, a plethora of famous chefs will be preparing their favourite dishes before your very eyes and will be showing off some of their culinary tricks.

Our invitation has also been accepted by Fabio Baldassarre from the Rome-based restaurant L’Altro Mastai and Matteo Scibilia from the Milan-based L’Osteria della Buona Condotta. They will be showing off both traditional and the latest trends in Italian cuisine.
With the Oscar winning animated movie Ratatouille in mind, we have also prepared something for the children. In a special COOKING SHOW, Jiří Štift will be showing children and their parents how to cook ‘real’ ratatouille.
The COOKING SHOWS will be held every day from 1 to 8 p.m. in the Small Hall at Žofín Palace. To keep the atmosphere intimate, the number of seats will be limited, so make sure you come in time!
