PRAGUE FOOD FESTIVAL
Venue: Kampa Museum & part of Kampa Park (U Sovových mlýnů 2, Prague 1)

Following on from similar festivals that have gained widespread popularity across the world, this event is a celebration of gastronomy, the culinary art of chefs and producers of food and drink, and a celebration of Prague and the architects, artists, musicians and designers who contribute to the beauty and attraction of the Czech capital.
This event will introduce a broad public to a selection of delicacies served by restaurants that have been ranked among the TOP 100 according to the independent research of Maurer’s GRAND RESTAURANT 2007 powered by Mattoni. Over the course of this three-day event in September, visitors will be able to sample a variety of Czech, Brazilian, French, Japanese and Mediterranean specialties.
The CZK 350 entrance ticket includes the cost of food and drink to the value of CZK 250.
Part of the proceeds will go to the Jan and Meda Mládek Foundation in support of the Kampa Museum’s operations.
A daily "Festival Menu" will be offered by such restaurants as: Zátiší Group, Ambiente Group, Square, La Provence, Hoffmeister Hotel, Alcron SAS Radisson, U Koně, Rio' s Vyšehrad, Holiday Inn, Municipal House – French Restaurant, Palffy Group, Marriott, Kogo, The Sushi Bar, Lví dvůr, Aria Hotel , Metropol café, Café Imperial, Mandarin Orientál and Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant.
Other refreshments: will be provided by Mattoni Cocktail Bar (non-alcoholic drinks), Pilsner Urquell Pub, Bohemia Sekt Bar, Davidoff Café Bar and U Závoje.
This untraditional gourmet event will be accompanied by specially selected music to harmonize with each restaurant (with Brazilian rhythms by Tam-Tam Batucada, for example). An atypical fashion show with a gourmet spirit will also be on the programme.
